Greetings

I’m relatively new to the turbine world but after 40 years of flying pistons I’ll admit it is a game changer in safety, utilization and reliability not to mention speed and comfort. For those seeking to make the transition I offer what I’ve found to be best combination of all things turbine in a great value.

N271AB has been a pleasure to own and travel for last the few years now I’m moving on to another project so I figured share this here before listing it.

Some of the highlights include
NDH
Midwest ownership
7400 TT
PW PT6-11 (500hp) on condition 4000 hrs SOH
Props 125 SOH
Highly Garmized panel
KFC250 w/alt preselect
AA Speed Kit and Stacks
LEDs
Great condition overall, no known squawks
Inspections 1&2 Aug ‘23
245 knots in high teens. 80 gph
$549k

Ready for immediate delivery. Please contact me anytime for a complete status sheet

My first good flying job was flying a 79’ Cheyenne I. N504TQ. Almost 30 years later and I remember the N number. It put a smile on my face seeing your plane.

Do all these planes have air conditioner? My Baron has AC but just barely!

Cheyennes like this don't need RVSM because their best altitudes are FL200 to FL260. The speed falls off above that because you're TIT limited. I found FL230 to be perfect for speed/fuel burn for most trips. Including Providence RI to Palm Beach FL, most times non-stop.

Alan,
I was looking to upgrade from my full glass 1981 58p to turboprop for a whilenow. What is the realistic range and at what speed on this Chayenne I? I was looking at II and IIXL but don't have any reliable data on I.

That’s the same move I made Thomas - 1,000 miles and 245kts is a good realistic frame of reference. I find mine to be very temp sensitive in terms of speed…In the winter I routinely see 250kts but am closer to 240kts in the summer.

I have been extremely happy with the move from my 58P to the Cheyenne. Happy to answer any other questions.

Good to hear that you are happy with the transition, I was looking to TBM700 as well because of speed and range but 1 engine can be scary over water. What is the maximum economy range on your Chayenne? I have few long hauls where it would be handy to go past 1000nm without refueling.

This has the 500hp -11s with the AA Ram Air STC
I see 245kts burning 80gals/hr With 366 gals 4 hrs is tight with reserves but very doable with good weather.
I have a regular 925 nm trip I do nonstop about 75% of the time
Contact me anytime with any questions
