you only live once. the reason for extending the vacation is that my Bo will be laid up for the G500 install.

I was there in February, rented (probably the same 172) and had a ball flying around. The whales looked like submarines with baby subs in tow. However, I did not find "topless" anywhere on my Hah-way-yin sectional.

Can I get a pirep on that?

I do remember flying over the Leper colony. I was concerned with the wind direction at that point.

Highly recommend this trip and experience........but you might want to check with Mike F., for flight planning.

just did another 1hr around maui. $200. its only money. there were some tata's out , but at 1000ft, not easy to appreciate them. but they were obviouslly done. amazing what $7000 does to floatation devices. :lol:
