Buyer can't get funds to close, back on the market. Prebuy recently completed.

price drop for potential year end transaction for seller to get tax benefit. Recent prebuy completed but previous buyer hasn't been able to secure funding to close.

It had a non-working radar we removed, at the moment it doesn't have onboard radar other than ADSB
