Instead of a 992, you might consider going backwards and get a 997? I love my turbo cab 6 speed. Every single time I get in, it just fits like your favorite pair of blue jeans. It's hard to explain how good it is in words.
Hello
I had a 997 Targa 4S, a smaller car and the A/C unit was not capable of handling the South Florida sun and humidity. The 997.1 had the engine issue, so I sold it.
I had a 1998 993 C2S, and maybe I should have kept it as a collector car. But small, useless in Florida traffic and an endless array of problems that no make it a daily driver car. Cute but thats it, and underpowered in todays realm of cars.
The 991 is a larger more capable car made for the US market and a joy to drive. You can use it here no questions asked.
But now time to upgrade so hence this one is for sale.
Thank you
