Garmin's website indicates that telligence is available with the GMA35 connected to a GTN7XX with the required software and a PTC (push to command) switch.

I don't want it for my airplane but I've been wanting to reverse engineer the control interface with a GTN so I can make a box that provides the same function when you have a PSE audio panel. This is marked as sold, not sure to who, but this thread might be of interest to you in you mission to get this working: https://vansairforce.net/threads/garmin ... oy.196958/Sounds like even with the appropriate garmin hardware installed, you need a special cable and software to configure and enable it.
