Here is an airplane I never mechanically touched. I became friends with the owner as a fellow 56TC driver. He has had this 56TC longer then I have been alive...... Bob Boyes and I drove out to Illinois last year to look at it when we were passing through.
The owners name is John Reichert, he is a mature individual who can no longer get insurance for this airplane or his fighter jet....he hung on thinking things would change but they did not and he wants to see it go to a good home. He posted on Bonanza Society and after I saw his ad and scolded him for taking such a nice airplane and making a craigslist type ad for it I offered to throw it on here.
I will add more information as I get it from John. Or feel free to call him, he's a nice guy and has been In the car dealership business most of his life so he can sling the poop with the best of them.
Beech Baron 56TC Registration: N300JR S/N: TG-70 Total Time: 2032 Engines: Lycoming E1B4 LH & RH 634 SMOH Propeller LH & RH: 718 SMOH Last Annual 6-24-19 (It has not flown sense after the annual) Last Flew 6-24-18 Price: $269,000 Contact: John Reichert 815-236-7767 Same owner sense 1983 Airplane Located: KRFD in a climate controlled hangar
Avionics: KFC 200 autopilot, radar, stormscope, XM weather on Avidyne 500 MP unit, radar altimeter, low thrust detector/ mini-flow fuel management, landing gear alert, ultimate engine scanner Ryan TCAD 9900.
This airplane has some pretty unique mods, the best of them being it holds 232 gallons of fuel and has winglets vs the 178 or 202 gallon factory options. John has piles and piles of paperwork including the approval paperwork for the FSDO for every mod done on this thing. Its petty impressive. There is a-lot more but this is what I have for now.

So sorry to hear John can't get insurance anymore. I know he wanted to keep the Baron forever. One of the sweetest 56TC.

That’s a “Wulfsburg Flite-Phone III”. We had one in our 1967 DA-95 Travelaire. It worked GREAT, but of course that was also 1987!!!!
