Daydreaming again…

G950 suite and the S-Tec digital autopilot, RSVM - the works. Doubt it's a dime under $1.5 mill, but this looks like it has that "new plane smell". Personally love the paint job as well, but perhaps not to everyones taste.

I have seen this plane when I was checking on my commander. It was at Naples jet center getting some work.

If I remember correctly the g950 conversion lightened the airplane so much they had to put a little weight in the nose to compensate.

It's really nice everywhere.

The paint is suppose to look like the lone rangers mask! Not sure what up with that, but the quality of paint and interior is excellent.

Another thing that's nice about this setup and the G600 installs done by these guys is the angle that the PFD is set at. Makes for a excellent view of screens with very little glare.

Is the 950 under STC for Commanders now?

Epic ride.

I like that interior. Somewhat retro, but timeless too..

Thinks STC was developed by Eagle Creek/Naples. They're the only ones that can do it. Lovely setup, but probably in the $300K range.

They want 2.3mm

Nice plane but that is a lot for an old bird IMO

Wow!

I've wanted to fly one of those since I was a kid, now I want to fly THAT one.

It always gives me a warm, fuzzy feeling when an old bird gets a whole new life ahead of it... the opposite feeling of when one gets parted out, even though it's integral to the circle of life.

would someone actually pay that for a plane this old? I just cant see it. Seems about a $1million too high compared to some of the refurbished MU2's I have seen.

There's always someone at the very top end who will want everything done. But I wouldn't do it, not when you can get one for a $1 mill less. Don't need a G950 that bad. As if I could afford any of them….

However, the 1000 model is in a different league than a MU-2. It will go to RSVM FL350 and do it for almost 2100nm with a 6.7psi cabin. They are hard to beat in versatility.
