Details for the appropriate AFM are in The Type Certificate Data Sheet (see attached file). You didn't mention which flavor of M5. Required equipment and placards are also called out in the TCDS. You can also request a copy of the FAA records for the aircraft at: https://www.faa.gov/licenses_certificat ... s%20online. This will show what STC and 337 forms have been sent to the FAA

It's the M-5-200, the only surviving copy. I have the TCDS bookmarked and have looked at it quite a bit over the last few weeks.
