Aircraft: 2007 Bonanza G36
Latitude Aviation is proud to represent N26510, which is a 1986 Beechcraft A36 Bonanza. N26510 is owned by a BeechTalk member and is located in Glens Falls, NY at KGFL. N26510 has no known damage history and has always been based in the United States.

N26510 has a great instrument panel with an Aspen EFD 1000 Pro, Garmin G5, King KFC 150 (with altitude pre-select capability via the KAS 297B), Garmin GTN 750, Garmin GNS 430W, and Garmin GTX 345. It also has a PMA 8000BT, EDM 700, and 406mhz ELT.

With 4824 hours, it has averaged 124 hours per year since it rolled out of the factory. The engine was overhauled by Western Skyways in 11/2017 and has 762 hours on it (and has averaged 95 hours per year since it was overhauled). The propeller has 1735 hours on it and was last overhauled 15 years ago in 2010.

Some notable upgrades include VG's, GAMIjectors, aileron and flap gap seals, and LED lights.

The interior was replaced in 12/2010 and is in good condition given its age (although the carpet has some stains on it). The paint is original and is ready for a new paint job (and the photos show the condition of the paint very accurately). This is a great opportunity for someone to buy a really nice example of an A36 that has great bones, panel, and engine but needs a paint job...which will allow someone to do it exactly how they want.

I have pasted the spec sheet below and it includes a Dropbox link to the high-resolution photo gallery (with 130+ photos), logbooks, 337's, and other documentation. Please email, text, PM, or call anytime to discuss N26510. Thank you!
