Good Prop times. Airframe and engine times no so much.

The airframe is 67 years old with an average of 100 hours a year. That's pretty good.

Made me go back and think - this thing was built while Buddy Holly was still living. Incredible isn't it?

My original flight instructor and now long time friend owned this plane back in the late 80s in Tampa. Kept it at KVDF where I learned to fly. He was instructing and building time to get to the airlines after a few years in the Air Force as a C130 navigator and just retired from Delta. We flew all over Florida in that plane! Unbelievable to see it again! I’m going to show him this and I know it’ll blow his mind to see it after all these years.

That's an interesting placard above the #1 CDI.

If you're not interested in buying it, no need to comment.

I sometimes wish we could flag posts in Peddler Talk. Mostly, though, I'm glad we can't.
