Tim Well I had another thread. But I am from Dallas and just moved to Livermore, Ca. Got a good contract that will allow me to open my own aircraft maintenance shop. The plane is still back home for now but I will be hopefully flying it over the mountains soon.

Congrats on the contract. I am sure I can find some hangar space her in TN to keep the plane and exercise it for you. I mean have you seen the prices in CA?
