I'm just happy these airports are full of security professionals and FAA representatives for ramp checks to keep us, the pilots safe and also to keep the general population safe from possible terrorists. However, keeping the planes safe, well that's another story. A pilot can't even walk to his plane without an escort in the name of safety but apparently a hoodlum with a backpack full of aerosol cans has no problem. What's the saying? "Fences and locks only keep people out that are supposed to be there" ????
