Gentleman: I busted ranks and join the site about 5 months ago and failed to follow protocol, so I owe everyone a beverage !! Anyway, BT has a host of aviations professionals and has been an excellent source of information for me as I searched and bought my 1982 P Baron from a fellow BT member. ( Dave Siciliano and Jay Sparkes ). I have been a pilot for 24 years and flown professionally for the past 22 years either corporate or airlines. I currently am a Captain on a Global Express for a Private individual traveling worldwide and involved in real estate and home building. I had a Piper Lance but scared myself out of that into a P Baron which is the right plane for me and the family of 5. I plan on using the plane to travel to my base of operation as a corporate pilot but mainly to travel and create some great family memories that we can cherish. I have had the plane for about 2 weeks and love it, more options, all weather and comfort, along with no TSA. I would like to say thanks to Don Lawrenz who was all we know him as and more... Also. Dave and Jay made the transaction as easy as it could be, buying an airplane should be fun. Finally, Thanks to a few of you that offered your advice and lessons learned when I reached out in effort to minimize my headaches and mistakes. The N number will change in a few weeks to N58TD. Take care..

Welcome aboard captain! Great looking plane, family. Great story! Note to self: do not accept any more more rides on anyone's Baron. It's too dangerous for me and too expensive...
