I have been on this board for a few years and want to change my phhoto. Must have forgotten how. I used shrinkpictures to get it down to 100 x 100 and saved it. everytime I try to add it, my old plane photo remains in the box. What am I doing wrong? thanks.

When you resize it are you resaving the file as a different name than your original Avatar?

Try clearing out your cache and temporary internet files too. (Tools>Internet Options>Browsing History>Delete)
