By way of brief intro, I am a sub-500 hour pilot with CMEL, I-A, and glider ratings, in addition to my private ASEL privileges. I recently had the opportunity to begin flying a fellow pilot's S35, he does not have the time and the plane needed hours put on it. He is a former BPPP instructor and gave me a very thorough checkout before turning me loose. Needless to say, learning to throw the anchor out earlier was the biggest challenge, the Bonanza is a very slippery fish, even more than some of the twins I have flown.
I have been lurking here for awhile, the forum is a wealth of information. Attached is a picture of the steed.
