Yea, Air France could have used that crew over the South Atlantic. Great job under those conditions with no help from the manuals or the "maintenance guros" :thumbup:

Yeah, this is the case where the pilots saved the day. On the other hand, if I was on the AF447 or Colgan 3407 - or many other flights where the pilots made a smoking hole out of a perfectly good plane - I'd much rather have that plane flown by a computer. ;)
