Greetings, I'm Bob in San Mateo , Ca. 8357D J Model. I have owned my plane for 25 years. It's in top shape. I'm at Hayward Ca. in a Hangar. I also have been a BPPP instructor and like to share what I have learned over the years... All the best, BQ

Hi Bob, welcome aboard. Great to have a BPPP instructor's input. I hope to learn from your participation.

Thanks for the welcome everyone. Non Instrument... Approach at 80, over the fence at 75, slow descent rate to less than 200 FPM. Touch down on mains hold nose wheel off ... Just like the space shuttle haha... Nothing lands as nice as a Bonanza... All the best, BQ
