My hanger mate just got hit with this AD. Seems strange as the 350 does not seem to have that much rudder authority anyway

He tells me that 2 Colombia's have had some other more serious issues that are not well known (structural). Possible break area around the tail.
With Cessnas other "company" issues hope for all concerned these are taken care of.
Guess my SB on flap hinges is not that big a deal.
