FINALLY!!!

Four months after test flying her, I've finally got my Debonair home on Friday night. I am one happy bastard



Here's a picture of her at her the next day with the happy idiot (me) who gets to pay for her care and feeding.

- Everyone at BT for encouragement and great advice.
- My wife for saying "lets get our own airplane so we won't have to rent" (Gawd, I love her!!!)
- Mike Thompson and the crew at Avstar Aircraft for making her safe to fly home
- Ed Mitchell (CFI) for being my security blanket on the 7 hour flight home from KPLU; 4 hours dodging clouds/ice in the north and 3 hours of night in the south )
- Jay Mason (CFI) for great advice and letting me give him cauliflower ear with newbie questions.

Training for Complex, High-Performance and insurance sign-offs are under way.

The "complex" isn't really that big of a deal once you get in the left seat. The big deal is having a wife like yours and mine that says just do it.
