OK, but I get to fly it first. My nickname is GROUNDLOOP!

A taildragger with that much horsepower has to be pretty interesting to handle.

Life can be odd, I had no idea....I have a friend that is involved in getting this P51 sold.
Insurance is $50-75,000/yr. with a 10% of hull deductable. The prop is $100,000 and an overhaul is $150,000. You get 500-600 hrs. between overhauls.
He calls 'em "Big Boy Toys"! I wonder why?

Has anyone been to that museum at Love, and is it worthwhile? http://www.mustangsmustangs.com/p-51/survivors/pages/42-103293.shtmlThe museum is ok. Between it and the one at Addison, you can kill an afternoon.
