About 3500 TT Motor is about 750 SOH and runs like a sewing machine Prop is about 750 SNEW Check out the panel...pretty much every Garmin you could imagine. G3X, 750/650/345/Garmin autopilot. Mostly original still shiny paint Decent leather interior Glass is nice No hail damage
Neat machine, goes about 140kts, holds 60ish gallons of fuel, 600lb ish full fuel payload Great trainer but still usable to go somewhere!
4 years of missing logs from 30+ years ago, 2 gear up landings during its life. All of them before the last Engine overhaul and prop.
Logs are scanned.

Hi Michael. I know someone interested. Where is it located? Is there a more detailed spec? Thank you.

She soloed it a few times but had zero interest in continuing. I used it for my morning commute for a year or so and REALLY like flying it. I sold it to my business partner for his son to learn to fly and he ended up just renting a C150 from the local instructor. My partner installed the $80K panel in it. The airplane is at X60 Williston, FL. My opinion is that the C172RG is grossly undervalued. It holds lots of fuel to actually go someone; has a decent payload and goes fast enough to actually go somewhere. It's a delight to fly and this particular airplane was never a public trainer or used for pipeline patrol hence the extremely low TT. The landing gear system is reliable and strong. I don't really have any additional specs on it but happy to answer any specific questions.

Maybe I misread the market; make an offer. I thought the price was pretty reasonable and definitely losing money on this one.

I just glanced at the Controller listings.....I think yours is a bargain compared to the others out there, all things considered. I think you're just going to have to wait for that "this is just right for what I want!" buyer.
Helluva an airplane!

Helluva an airplane! Except that all Controller listings tell you is how much someone wants to sell their airplane for and not what they are actually selling for.

Agreed......and that's all we know about Mr. Tarvers, too.
