Never used! Still in the original packing.
If you are tired of bulky, uncomfortable cannulas on your face with tubing wrapped around everything in the cockpit, try these on!! Soft amd lightweight, these booms attach to your headset which allows the cannula to pivot freely. This cannula is meant to be used with the Precise Flight A5 flow meter. See instructions for safety and use instructions. $180 each new.
$300 for both + shipping. New in packaging. Never used.
DM me if interested.

I have no idea whether they will work with an oxygen concentrator. Their website says they are compatible with any constant flow oxygen systems. Is the oxygen concentrator you mentioned a constant flow system?
Here is a cut and paste excerpt from the manufacturer:
“Precise Flight’s NEW A5 Boom Cannula is designed to provide easy access to oxygen without sacrificing comfort and performance. With a simple mount to your headset, Precise Flight’s new A5 Boom Cannula features a swivel arm and fully adjustable cannula to give you the best fit. This cannula version is a single lumen cannula and is compatible with the A5 Flowmeter or any other constant flow oxygen system. The A5 Boom Cannula is convenient, comfortable, lightweight, and works with your existing headset. The A5 Boom Cannula is configured for a left side mount to the headset.”
Hope this helps.
