Hello BeechTalkers,
I have been flying for the airlines since 1993 and realized I want to keep flying after I age out in a few years. Started looking at light twins and dialed in to the twin Comanche but started reassessing after a few weeks of research and reading in to that community.
Then I started talking with my fellow airliner friends and they introduced me to the beechcraft light twins.
I never imagined I would ever think I could own a twin beech but here I am.
I have taken a shine to the 95-a55 and 95-b55 models in particular. I am attracted to the 470 engines and the sheer number of Bs that where built.
I'm about 18-24 months out from becoming an active purchaser and as such look forward to learning more from this community as I begin the slow transition from the left seat of the a320 family to the left seat of my very own 55 baron.
I look forward to learning from you all as well as joining such a well run and welcoming community.

The first suggestion i have is to go ahead and get on every hangar waiting list within a couple hour's drive. With only 2 years to go you might already be late in finding hangar space

Thanks for the reminder! I put that on the to-do list but have neglected to do it. I have spotted some alternative airports as well as my closest airport.
