Well the realtor struck out so I'm reducing the price. Total price for the 2 lots is $100,000.00. For sale lots 229 and 230, see link for airstrip details https://turkeymountainairport.com/ These lots adjoin the 3900' airstrip with a lease space between the lots and the airstrip for your hangar or your airstrip access. Electric, community water available. Lots are grandfathered for septic (septic allowed). Each lot is 75'x100'. PM your phone number and I will send a photo of a typical layout with house and hangar on the 2 lots. The lease space for access is shown on the layout, but all details for the lease space must be worked out with others. Find lease space contact at the web site. Boat ramp in this subdivision for property owners use 1.5 miles away. Many floating boat docks in the area-it is not known if any boat slips are available for rental. Thanks Stan

These lots 229 and 230 are what I consider "on the airstrip" but are not associated with airstrip ownership. So from your home/hangar you only would have to taxi 100' +/- on grass to be on the active airstrip. For this reason I mention an area that may be available for lease where you could construct a hangar or just use it for your dedicated taxi way. These details must be worked out with airstrip ownership. Thanks Stan
