For sale is my prized TAT 550-powered B36TC. I recently purchased a Piper to get pressurized comfort for the family and pets, and despite my best efforts to convince her, my wife tells me we don't need two planes. This was a plane I never intended to sell, but life can change your plans sometimes. We have owned the airplane for 9 years and traveled all over the US with her. I tried to make her the best bonanza in the world, and I probably got pretty close. I will list all the specifics below, but the highlights are:
2694 TT
TAT whirlwind III conversion 602 SMOH,
MT composite propeller 417 TTSN
Glass Panel with G500/GTN750
TKS Anti-Ice protection
Factory AC
New Paint by Poplowski Aircraft Painting 2019
New interior by aviation design 2019
Complete logs since new, no damage history, and always kept squawk-free and hanged.

She is a great aircraft that is made to load up and fly long distances economically. I don't want to sell her, but I'm the only one in my family who doesn't mind wearing oxygen, so if we wanted to keep flying, then I had to move to pressurization. She looks like a new plane inside and out with the interior and paint and has a little over 600 hours on the TAT 550, but I still fly her occasionally, so that time is subject to change. I don't even want to add up the costs of improvements I have put into her with the engine, panel, interior, and exterior, but my loss is your gain. I can't justify keeping both planes, and I want my pride and joy to go to a good home.
