Latitude Aviation is proud to list N64BW, which is a 1975 Beechcraft A36 Bonanza based at SBA in Santa Barbara, CA. N64BW is owned by a BeechTalk member and I sold it to him 6 years ago on behalf of another BeechTalk member. This is a fantastic A36.
N64BW has relatively low total time (for its age) of 4607 hours with a 655 hour IO-550 that was overhauled by Powermaster Aircraft Engines in 2014. It also has a 655 hour Hartzell Scimitar propeller.
The panel is older but functional with its GNS 430W, SL30, MX 20 MFD, FlightStream 210, PMA 8000B audio panel, Stratus ESG ADS-B Out transponder, and Century IV autopilot.
2 great upgrades on this plane are the FTA digital air conditioning system as well as the Approach Aviation SmartSpace extended aft baggage modification. The aft baggage modification gives this plane almost the same amount of aft baggage as the 1979 and newer A36's. Other nice upgrades include LED lights, GAMIjectors, and D'Shannon baffles.
The only damage history that I am aware of took place back in 2013 under the previous owner's time with the plane. A not-in-motion incident occurred when another aircraft taxied into the nose of the plane causing damage to the nose bowl and propeller. The engine was overhauled, propeller replaced with a new Scimitar, and the nose bowl was repaired and the nose pan replaced. All of this work also caused the former owner to paint the aircraft in 2015.
I have pasted the spec sheet below in and in the spec sheet is a Dropbox link that will take you to the high resolution photo gallery, logbooks, 337's, and W&B form. I have also attached some photos to this post. Please reach out anytime via phone, text, email, or PM to discuss N64BW. Thank you!
