On top of that you have to add Blackhawks markup on the STC and conversion and I can't see this being a cent under $2 million. Isn't it just cheaper to sell the 700 and buy a used 850 instead?
But maybe Blackhawk gets OEM pricing that's competitive? Seems to be P&W's MO.
I used to work on turbine engine installation design at Cessna. OEM engine pricing is pretty confidential; I mostly didn't know it.

					| Blackhawk can buy engines from P&W cheaper than you and I can, that’s for certain. They do get a good deal and try to make it an economical purchase when you are staring down an expensive Hot.

					| Does anyone know about a pitot cowl mod for 700s and 850s? I saw a picture of an 850 with a modified pitot cowl.

Avex’s Camarillo, California team has already refurbished this TBM with a new interior and LED interior lighting, fresh paint by ArtCraft Paint, and a full panel of Garmin avionics. These include dual 10-inch G600 TXi displays with engine indication system; a GCU 485 keyboard controller; GFC 600 digital autopilot with envelope protection; GI 275 standby indicator; dual transponders; and GWX 75R digital color radar.

					| Username Protected wrote: What are the panel options for the 700s? So you get a nice fancy new engine but what to go with it? Full Garminization is available. TXIs, GTN 750s, GFC 600, the works.
