I have no interest in the airplane. I don’t know the guy selling it. Ive never even seen an AeroComp8 in the flesh. https://www.trade-a-plane.com/search?ca ... e=aircraft2008 Walter Turbine powered Comp Air 8 for sale! Low Hours!
110 TTAF 110 SMOH (Walter Turbine) 3610 TTE (Walter Turbine)
This aircraft has not been flown since 2013 and has an aft CG. Low time engine and nice avionics, always hangared in a dry climate.
A&P has recommended nosewheel conversion to combat CG issues. Engineer and fly it, or use it for parts! Can likely be ferried with minimal work.

Interesting. Sounds like a good candidate for a F33/V35 nose weight style of fix.

I've seen one in a hangar. Not been inside one or seen it running. It seemed to me to be a pretty crude design, but in a manner that I can't really put my finger on. I'll also note that I've seen examples of pretty much every other homebuilt out flying, including oddballs like the stallion and some of the murphy kits. But I've never encountered an aerocomp-anything.
