This is a great headset and is in perfect working condition. I sent it to Lightspeed in 2022, and they refurbished it, including new ear seals and other things. It has probably been used less than five times since then. Around the same time, during an avionics upgrade, I had limo plugs installed in my plane, so I don't need to worry about charging batteries for my ANR headsets anymore. I have used this for passengers for the last few years, and they love them, especially my kids. $450 includes shipping to the lower 48 in the United States.
Below are a few common questions you might have about these headsets.
1) How long will the battery last? The website says up to 12 hours of flying on a single charge. Personally, I have never tested it. I have flown with these a few times on roughly a four-hour trip, then home again a few days later another 4 hours without charging them, and they lasted the entire time.
2) Did you ever have trouble with the Bluetooth disconnecting? I used this headset as my primary headset for about two years and never once had an issue with it disconnecting or causing any other kind of connection issue.
3) What happens if it does disconnect in flight? There is cord in the controller that you simple plug into the headset and it becomes a headset with a wire connection. I never had to use it.
