We have an air conditioned 12' x 18' office space available at Van Nuys (VNY). The office is located on the west side of the field, north of the ATC Tower. A bathroom is adjacent for you and your guests. $500 per month. Call (310) Eight Eight 0-3154 for info.

Sounds like this and the tie-down space could be a great combo for somebody trying to start a flight instruction business
