As in, how did this Duke end up in these dire straits, with you(if you're the plaintiff), versus Mr. Bongard? Curious and inquiring minds want to know. And, for an auction, will REALLY want to know. Or at least I would, anyway.
I think your proceeding Todd on the assumption that this B60 Duke has something to do with the original lawsuit. That's not necessarily true. The lawsuit and judgement could be about something else entirely. This is just an asset of the defendants that has been identified, attached, and being used to satisfy (partially) that judgement. At least that is what the OP seems to be stating.

I'm sure there is more than one "John Lock" in this country. I am only asking for clarification if the OP is the SAME John Lock as on the suit. Should be a simple answer.
Todd, obviously you haven’t spent much time or money on/with lawyers! Read the original post again, the OP has been advised by counsel to not make that statement. Possibly to avoid a possible accusation of influencing the auction. Not everyone loves everyone else, so disclosing the answer may negatively affect some possible creature lurking in the dark…. some people (not implying anything about anyone involved in this case) hold a grudge and are very creative in ways to “get even”…..
