122k for a lost log, damage history, runout engine, 1970s panel and interior. What’s not to like?

It's too bad the logs don't show stuff like only about 500 hours on new cylinders, recent prop and governor overhaul and the nose gear strut rebuilt and he would probably take less than 122K.
