Lots of more pictures to follow but here is what matters: Highlands paint in 2019, funky and cool; expensive New Leather and Carpet 2022, neutral and tasteful Freon Air Conditioning, glorious! BDS VGs, amazing! Shoulder harnesses; who wants to break their pretty face? Awesome condition glass, speed slope 6 seats, 1200lb payload with full fuel 5500ish TT 300 ish since 2019ish factory engine. 1000 ish on the other engine with most cylinders replaced IO-520s Props 300 ish since new. LED landing lights Southseas Step Big Flaps Amazing N Number No known damage history No foreign registration Complete logs since new Dual Yoke with big control wheels Nice Tires, new brakes Big Baggage door Medeco Locks Janitrol heater No Boots, clean wing, fast and pretty 1 Aluminum elevator 136 gallons Avionics: King HSI Shadin FF STEC 60-2, couples ILS and LPV Garmin Audio Panel Garmin 650 Garmin 430W King MFD radar display TAWS ART2000 NICE radar Garmin 345 Transponder JPI Engine monitor LEMOs Stormscope Maintenance -Fresh George Baker Aviation, Curtis Boulware (the master) annual inspection. I think that says it all. Blank Check annual inspection, last week sign off. -Previously, Bill Turley in Bartow. I've known the previous owners for a long time. $225k 863-899-1617

Yes, you need to have an intake and an outlet. Also, kind of nice to make a plenum to plumb it in overhead.
