I purchased this S35 from a local pilot on our field last year for a winter project. I'm a professional pilot and A&P and hate to see good airplanes sit. The previous owner is a retired Eastern Airlines pilot and A&P/IA getting on in years and he decided it was time.
I could go on and on about this one and in fact, I really don't want to sell it. But as my wife correctly points out we have a very nice F33A and don't need two Bonanzas. What I do need is primary trainers for our flight school so sadly, the V tail has to go. If you have a Cherokee, 172, or Sundowner, I may consider a trade.
The airplane is immaculate. There is no other way to describe it. The PO did a great job keeping up with it until a few years ago and I've just spent six months and roughly $10k going through everything it needed. It has a fresh annual, the GPS software is updated and the data is this cycle. All ADs are complied with and IFR cert was done last month. I finished rebuilding a brake master cylinder just this morning and I've run out of things to do it. It has flown roughly 10 hours since the Annual and as it had been sitting, I did another oil change/filter and compression test. All good.
Specifics: TTAF: 4571.1 TTENG: 4148.4 TSMOH: 1710.9 TSPOH: 143.8 Continental IO-520-BA
Misc: Shower of sparks D'Shannon windows (all) Paint in 2005 and I doubt it has spent a night outside since. Nearly flawless. See photos. New vacuum pump and vacuum regulator in 2018 Less than 10 hours on new Goodyear tires Black leather interior and carpets in 1995 and still looks great New ACK ELT with remote Rear seat actuator overhauled New left wing fuel cell by Eagle Fuel Cells New pilot side air scoop
Avionics: Garmin GTN 650 GPS/COM Garmin SL30 NAV/COM Garmin GA35 Garmin GI106A Garmin GMA340 Garmin GTX327 Garmin GDL88 STEC 50 Autopilot JPI EDM 700 Engine Monitor Guardian dual USB ports
In addition to these photos, I have dozens of pictures available - exterior, interior, panel, inside tailcone, gear wells, engine bay, etc. Happy to email them as requested. I have been over every inch of this airframe and have found no corrosion or evidence of previous damage or repairs. The history is clean and I have logbooks since new. It flies as good as it looks in the photos and I've enjoyed getting to know her!
Since it will be the first thing asked - yes, the engine is right at TBO (1700). Compressions at the oil change last week were: 64, 72, 72, 68, 66 and 68. Oil consumption over the past ten hours was negligible at less than 1/2 a quart. Filters have shown clean with no metal or carbon. Personally, I'd run this engine at least another 100 hours, doing compressions and oil analysis at 50 hour intervals then make a decision. There is an overhaul on the horizon, and I feel my price reflects that fact.
Please feel free to call or text with questions. 774-228-3760. The airplane is in my hangar at 3J1 and is owned by my company, Aloft Aviation Management LLC

I agree with Sidney, that's a beautiful Bonanza! If I was in the market, I would snap it up and fly past TBO until it started to speak to me. Good luck with the sale.

It is not a separate fitting, just the the knurled ring of the throttle control. It is different than the one I have in my 1990 F33A so new to me but I assume standard for a 1964 model. Anyone?

I’ve never seen that style throttle on a S35, V35 or any model for that matter. Maybe a aftermarket unit? Beautiful airplane BTW, It’s nice seeing the prices on these classics holding up like this. Greg

All of the throttles I've seen (including photos) are smooth, ball shaped. I'll give it a closer look when I'm at the hangar tomorrow.

I own a 64 S-35. My throttle knob is like the prop and mixture knobs; not like yours. Also my fuel caps line up exactly like the picture. You get used to it. The S model flies great.

Hey all. Thank you for all of the interest and posts. I am going to hit the pause button for the day today as I have a potential buyer working on his due diligence and making arrangements. I'll post an update tonight.
Eric
