Latitude Aviation is proud to bring to market N805NH, which is a 1992 Beechcraft A36 Bonanza that was previously based at Eagle Roost Airpark (27AZ) in Aguila, AZ but as of 4/7/23 will be temporarily based at Long Beach Airport (KLGB) near Los Angeles, CA for the duration of the sale process. N805NH is owned by a BeechTalk member who is meticulous and fastidious in everything regarding the aircraft.
N805NH has 11,483 total hours (and 988 SNEW on the IO-550 and 58 SNEW on a Scimitar propeller) and was an airline trainer for ANA in CA for most of its life. As a result, the maintenance pedigree of this plane is incredible. It was maintained to the highest standards by Beechcraft Service Centers throughout its life. If the Beechcraft Maintenance Manual recommended something be replaced/overhauled at a calendar or hour limit then it was done - right on schedule. The only instance of damage history that I could find in its logbooks (and there are many) was a gear-up landing in 1995.
Cosmetically the aircraft is in great shape. The paint is striking and was redone in 2016. Additionally, the interior is also in great shape as well. Both were redone after the aircraft was removed from airline trainer service. However, this A36 only has 4 seats and the rear two seats are forward-facing (as this is how the airline ordered it from the factory). It would not be difficult, in my view, to find 2 rear seats from a parts/salvage business and then also purchase the mountain hardware, etc. But in the meantime, the aircraft has a ton of rear store space as a result of the forward facing second row of seats. It also has a great useful load of 1253 pounds (which can be increased by several hundred pounds through the paper-only gross weight STC from GAMI).
The avionics are very functional as well as the aircraft has an STEC 55X autopilot, Garmin G5 PFD, GTN 750, KI 525A GSI, GTX 345 (with ADS-B In traffic/weather), GMA 350c audio panel, 406mhz ELT, and an EDM 830 color engine monitor. The vacuum system has been removed as well and this is an all-electric aircraft. Some other upgrades include GAMIjectors, vent blower, co-pilot brakes, and an LED landing light.
N805NH is a wonderful A36 that is priced well below its peers due to its higher total time. There is a complete spec sheet pasted below as well as a Dropbox link that will take you to the high resolution photo gallery, logbooks, 337's, W&B form, and hour meter photo. Please contact me anytime to discuss N805NH. Thank you!
