SOLD!

Offered for sale is a relatively low-time, well-cared for and tastefully upgraded '52 C35 Bonanza. This has been one of the most dependable aircraft I have flown. I have flown her faithfully to many destinations throughout the Carolinas and to the northeast and back to visit family and friends. With the tips and mains filled, I can fly non-stop from South Carolina to northeast Pennsylvania and land with several hours of fuel on board. She has been continuously hangar-kept, even while away on trips. All logs complete since factory new.

Price: $66,300

Airframe:
~3008 TTAF (flying regularly)
Current annual, done February 2022 with $15k spent on maintenance and upgrades
Interior is in really great shape for age and all carpets recently replaced with new
Exterior paint in good condition and it gets many compliments, though some minor flaws if you look closely
Ruddervators reskinned by Biggs Aircraft in Oklahoma in May 2020 and are immaculate
Cleveland wheels and brakes
Pilot and co-pilot seats upgraded to fully-articulating V35B seats (STC'd) and center armrest
Sheepskin covers for pilot and co-pilot seats
4-point Beechcraft shoulder harnesses for pilot and co-pilot
Rosen 3-axis visors for pilot and co-pilot
Late-model V35B ventilation system with 4-place very powerful "eyeball" vents and dorsal scoop
All glass is crystal clear with only a few minor blemishes you might not notice unless I point out
Speedslope windshield is crystal clear and has no flaws
Large late-model third side windows added in late '90s using factory kit
Second and third side windows darkly tinted for comfort on hot days
Extended hatshelf baggage space
Stinger tailcone with strobe
Wingtip strobes and Whelen Orion 360 belly strobe
Whelen Orion 360 top-mount LED beacon
Dual ultra-bright LED leading-edge "tractor beam" landing lights
D'Shannon tip tanks (listed as 15g but hold 17g, all usable)
Total fuel capacity is 74g and 68g usable
Plumbing and filler door installed for 20g aux baggage tank (94g total fuel when installed)
MOGAS STC (though I have only used AVGAS during my ownership)
Stainless steel battery box
External ground power receptacle
Useful load 940 lbs

Avionics:
D'Shannon panel STC updates to modern 6-pack layout with avionics side stack
All avionics have perfect displays and are in full working order:

- King KX-125 Nav/Com with integrated digital VOR/CDI

Some nice things about the fuel system in this plane:
The fuel system in this plane is very easy to manage. There are only two tanks to pick from on the fuel selector, L or R. There are dual gauges, one for the L tank and one for the R tank. They always show fuel level in the main tanks, unless you press the momentary button to read the tip fuel levels. (There are also visual sights to the tip levels visible from the cockpit on the tanks themselves.) As you use fuel, you can transfer from the L or R tank independently with the transfer pumps. I think this is a superior fuel management system over the 4-way or 6-way position fuel selectors in later models with tip tanks. It always gives a clear idea of fuel status and you are always burning from a main tank.

The reason has been entirely on me due to time constraints, I have been very busy with work and my business over the past few weeks. There has been incredible interest and having a hard time keeping up - apologies to everyone if I have been slow to respond.
