New price. $2.35m

It's in for annual/condition inspection right now at AI Systems in Redmond. Tempted to throw on the 5-blade MT and do a back to back comparison with the stock 4 blade.

Correct.

I don't know of any experimental-AB that has known ice certification. I felt comfortable knowing the airframe has the same boots as the certified E1000s.

This plane also has an inertial separator for ice ingestion, too. Almost all other LTs don't have this, save for maybe 3 or 4.

Onboard radar is available on the wingtip. A few guys have it. I haven't seen any E1000s sold with one yet

Price lowered to $2.15m

This is more performance, utility, space, and comfort than a TBM/M600/SF50.

It has a host of safety and capability upgrades compared to the rest of the Epic LT fleet: inertial separator, big inlet (more speed), backup alternator, Garmin G3X autopilot (!) with smart glide, torque limiter, AOA/stall awareness, windshield heat.

A coat hangar that can double as a pull-up bar.

In some ways, it has more than the E1000 offers. Smart glide, almost 300 lbs less gross weight, 20 gallons more fuel capacity.

While insurance costs more, it's at least 750k-1m less than a comparable age/AFTT TBM.

There's nothing like chasing down CRJs on departures in a turboprop.

It’s fully deiced.

Boots on flying surfaces, prop heat, bleed air windshield heat, and an inertial separator

I currently fly a Jetprop. What speeds and fuel flow are you seeing in cruise?

Thanks

I enjoy answering these questions

17,500' is ~75 gph and ~310 KTAS. torque limited.

FL280 is ~60 gph between ISA and ISA+15, 315-325 KTAS

The one time I had it to FL310 was around 55gph and 315 KTAS. Pic below.

FL340 should still be somewhere around 310 TAS on 48-50 gph. Warm temps slower, but also plenty of wing to still stay efficient (maybe 45 gph and 300 TAS).

All power settings above are at "normal cruise" torque table power settings. This engine hasn't seen temps over 800º for maybe 5 minutes total, mostly for a test run/speed run. This includes engine starts.

Time to climb is where this plane shines. It's easy to climb 28000' in sub 10 minutes if ATC lets you up and you don't mind the deck angle.
