450 is the useful load, out of which can be subtracted the weight of usable fuel (24.5 gallons) and passenger/bag weights. The empty weight is 1,225, and the max gross weight is 1,670.

That’s what I thought too. A few months ago a price drop would have been nuts and the original price would have been a steal. With the higher interest rates, it probably necessitated it, unfortunately.
That is a gorgeous turn-key plane! Someone got a gem!
