Latitude Aviation is proud to bring to market N107H, which is a 1966 Beechcraft C55 Baron. N107H is owned by a BeechTalk member and is based in Colorado Springs at KCOS. The owner is a retired airline pilot and has owned the plane for 18 years. It has been almost exclusively maintained by Kirk Pearce of Pearce Aircraft Service (which is a highly-respected Beechcraft shop) since he bought the plane.
N107H has 7703 total time and 1146 SMOH and SPOH. It is incredibly light at 3404 pounds and has a monster useful load of 1896 pounds.
It has a really nice panel with an STEC 3100 digital autopilot, Aspen PFD, dual GNS 480's, NGT 9000 transponder, G5 back-up PFD, and PMA 8000BT audio panel. Its vacuum system has been removed so it is all-electric.
Other nice upgrades include the large baggage door, propeller deice system, GAMIjectors, co-pilot brakes (very rare on this vintage Baron), and an LED lights for the landing lights and taxi light.
The paint and interior's condition is consistent with its age (24 years old) and there are lighy cosmetic hail dimples on the top of the wing and control surfaces.
The damage history that I identified when going through the logbooks include evidence of a nose gear collapse in 1974, a new RH elevator in 1979, and a replaced RH wingtip, inboard gear door, and belly repair in 1983.
This is a wonderful C55 Baron and is ready for a new home. I have pasted a detailed spec sheet below along with a Dropbox link that will take you to a folder with the logbooks, high resolution photos, 337 file, and W&B information. Please email or call any time to discuss N107H. Thank you!
