Yes it is. We repaired and have been flying for 3 years. Being in Michigan we decided we need deice so purchased a 58 that’s Fiki so we can fly year round.

Alan,
That is one heck of a price considering the panel alone! What a clean look. Damage history has never bothered me as long as repairs were done properly. Plus, the plane has been flying for the last 3 years. For grins, I have attached a shot of my panel in my 1969 B55 so everyone can see the work (and money!) that you have put into your panel alone. I'm just used to steam gauges... the difference between the old and the new is amazing. I would think your plane is going to sell fast. Good Barons are hard to find.
