Located in San Diego, Ca Airframe TT: 5900 Hours Engine: IO-520BB, 1500 Since Reman Prop: Scimitar prop (700 SNEW). Panel: G3X GTN 750 GPS/Nav/Comm GTX 345 transponder GDL 52R (XM weather/audio & ADS-B IN) GFC 500 Autopilot JPI 930 engine monitor CiES fuel senders Aluminum elevators (SRS) (2021) Complete records D'Shannnon Sloped windshield Shoulder harnesses Built in oxygen GAMI injectors Interior was installed in 2021 (carpets, sidewalls, headliner, seats) Panel was installed in 2022 Flies 150+ hours per year (760) 271-6269 call/text

When was the last annual, and what were compressions?
GLWS Annual is due this month and is being accomplished. Compressions are all 60’s and 70’s.
