Hello, after 3,100 hours of tail wheel C180 and RV8 travels, our mission changed and we bought an A36. We have owned our Bonanza for 18 months now and are getting close to completing the upgrades we wanted to do. It has turned out to be a great cross country machine for work and play. Great resource here on Beechtalk for a newbie!

The major upgrades were avionics, prop, paint and interior. I am continuing to replace all the hinge bearings, rod end bearings, etc. when I am not flying it for several day in a row. Next step is pulling and servicing the gear. Trying to keep it light and clean but still capable. Sorry for the bad pics.

Love the panel. Are you able to do a lot of the small odds and ends yourself, and/or are you an A&P? This helped my dad. He was able to do most of his own maintenance (under supervision of an A&P), and that saved him a lot of money. It also gave him a greater sense of pride, knowing he did it himself.

I will say that the extended baggage STC was a great upgrade and I am glad we did it.

Very nice!
The “N” number seems familiar. Was this airplane previous based out of FW spinks?
