We have owned the plane since 2020 and the previous owner since 1993 (it was based in northern CA). The plane has always been hangared and is currently hangared at KSLC. This is my first jet which I purchased after reading all the great posts by Michael Tarver and others about Cessna Citations here on BeechTalk. I received my type rating in the plane through Arizona Type Ratings and after the initial steep learning curve I can say this is the easiest to fly single pilot plane I have ever owned. It is also by far the safest and most capable plane I can imagine for the single pilot. It is the easiest landing plane as well. The only caveat is that you have to fly this plane regularly to feel comfortable. ATC expects a lot more of you when you fly a plane like this. The reason for selling is that my partner has medical issues and cannot fly this plane and I have found in the last year it is only my wife and I flying and it is hard to justify flying this plane when we own a Cessna 414. Because it is on a LUMP the maintenance is actually less onerous than that for the 414, and things just don't break as often as they do on a 400 series Cessna. With a CAA membership fuel is discounted quite a bit- during the pandemic I was paying as low as $3.50/gallon. I would consider a trade for a Piper Malibu/Mirage Jet Prop.
