Removed from market till further notice Aircraft will undergo avionics upgrade in 2023 ADS-B out,GI275,VAC pump removal,WAAS upgrade. Instrument panel clean up. Engine still running too good :-). Runs with W100 and camguard.

How hard is it to re-import from Europe? I recently tried to bring a plane in from Canada, but it had a Canadian Limited STC for a larger engine, not FAA recognized, which made it ineligible for import as-is. Canadian Limited STC is equivalent of FAA Field Approval.

It’s N registered, so the paperwork says it’s a US aircraft, owned by a US trust (says the OP)… right? I don’t see how that’s even an “import/export” situation….
Correct me if I’m wrong but it looks like the prebuy inspection and the ferry flight are the only hurdles for a US buyer….
