I've owned this plane for 5 years and it's a wonderful airplane with no known damage history!

1965 Debonair
N5821K S/N CD-894 TT: 4786 Annual just completed next due 2/24 Transponder/pitot Static: 03/22 when new avionics were installed Complete Logs since new 74 Gallon Usable Useful Load: 978 Concord Battery 02/21 Kept on Battery Minder No Known Aircraft Damage History
Continental IO-470K (225 HP) 18 SMOH Overhauled by Poplar Grove in Chicago - just completed First oil change at 10 hours all good
Spar AD completed no cracks found Tach 2040 hours next due 2540 tach time. Current Tach 2123
McCauley 3 Blade Scimitar Propeller New in 2018 Prop/Spinner SN: 150 New prop, after I purchased the plane, previous prop started leaking. The propeller has also been flushed while the engine was being overhauled.
All new in 2022 by Butler Avionics in KIXD 7 total hours on the new avionics before plane went down for engine overhaul. The plane has been in dry climates. The plane has spent its life in mid-west and west coast. It has been in a hangar the entire time I have owned it. I have complete title history from when I purchased the plane, no known corrosion.

Wow, this might be one of the nicest looking Debs I have seen in a long time-looks like you have really taken care of her! That blue is stunning-I don’t ever post on these things but your plane really talks to me. Now, if I could just get the wife onboard!

In the early 80's at the FBO I worked at, there was a E55 Baron that was painted in your colors and it was the prettiest airplane at the FBO. Some people might not like panty blue but your airplane is Beautiful! And Beech painted them this color new.
