I’m just hoping he doesn’t want the TBM and the 182 polished to fit in. Attachment: 2F462EC8-FD6D-4077-840F-D80B644815E0.jpeg

Added the last of stencils today to mirror the SNJ-3 that was 22 when serving in FL in 1942. Attachment: A64C6C24-5D58-49EF-8F62-F72FEA93B3FB.jpeg 23 has been marked as 23 since it was purchased by Jim’s father in 1979. It’s Navy Bureau Number is 90623. It was OHed at P’cola in the mid 50s before being sent to Japan where it served with the Japanese Naval Self Defence Force till around 1970. Attachment: 5410A55A-DD3B-4D11-AEC2-1AA76C78808C.jpeg 23 had previously been in a 1950s utility scheme as seen during the 1995 carrier launches off the USS Carl Vinson during commemoration ceremonies of the 50th Anniversary of the end of WWII. 23 was carried to HI and launched with 11 other WWII Aircraft off of Oahu. There is a valid reason for this marking! Attachment: 96E07EA3-C65A-4FD6-BC5F-4F961175BAAD.jpeg When you fly with a PFD ensure the Pull Tab Device isn’t caught in your seat belt when twisting to look back at the baggage door to check it in the run up area. Attachment: 83D9EE68-8909-4481-8B87-80694EDB28C5.jpeg It inflated with some force. Dislodged his glasses despite wearing a helmet.

Jim and Ed were able to do a formation show in Texans together yesterday at the Atlantic City Airshow. They last performed together in this type back around the turn of the Century when they flew with the 6 of Diamonds. Attachment: 0EB6B7E1-C3CC-4FE9-969A-2D5B36CEEBA6.jpeg
