I am selling my beloved Cessna 310R. It has been an incredible airplane and I'm confident it's one of the top 310Rs in the fleet. I flight plan about 180ktas and 30GPH and that's a pretty good rule of thumb. During my ownership I've maintained it with an open checkbook policy and absolutely hate squawks. Here are the details:
