What is the difference between a MA3SPA and a MA3PA like the one on my Continental A65?

I've never heard of a Marvel MA3PSA - MA3PA is the small carb, the list # is for the model engine it's certified for. This one is for a Cont O-200. List # 10-4233 is for a C-65. Different nozzle, jets, etc.

I mistyped. The A65 calls for a MA3SPA (not PSA).

3 = Standard SAE Flange
S = Oversize Bore

P = Accel Pump
A = (Altitude) Mixture Control
