We have outgrown our beloved family traveling machine! The plan was to have two kids, but got quite the surprise when number 2 turned into twins! Now we are out of seats and looking to upgrade to six seats. Interested in trades for a light twin, 55 Baron, C310, etc. Hoping someone doesn't need the utility of a twin anymore and is willing to move into a hot rod Bonanza for more economy and more fun! This airplane is a blast to fly and a true performer.
Background: I purchased this airplane as a project in late 2018. It had suffered a prop strike (not gear up) 10-15 years prior and had sat in a hangar ever since. My father and I (both A&P’s) spent several months bringing it back to life. In addition to doing a major overhaul on the engine and prop, as you can expect nearly all mechanical systems needed work. For the most part, the systems that were not rebuilt/overhauled to get back to flying status have been taken care of over the last couple years and 300 hours of flying. The last year has proven very high dispatch reliability with only minor squawks and planned maintenance.
The airplane will cruise at 170 KTAS at 10000 MSL on 12-12.5 GPH. I would rate paint as a 7/10 (last painted by Poplawski) and interior as 6/10. Ruddervators in great shape. It is not currently a show plane, but is corrosion free and mechanically sound. My intent prior to the change in plans was to finish the panel upgrades (2nd G5 and GFC500) and eventually do paint/interior. EW is 2112 w/ CG of 79.52. Overview below. Times will change as I continue to fly her regularly. Please PM with additional questions/interest.

This is an exceptional Bonanza. Rigging is perfect and it flies extremely smooth.

I love my H35, but i feel the need for speed. If i can get this one, somebody will get a great H. Was holding out for Arnies plane but guess he is keeping it.
