Preliminary listing for my A36. I am going to move to something a little different. Thought I would throw some details out there before I listed it formally to see if anyone is interested. I can follow up with more details.
1976 A36 N9136S 6108 total time-changes weekly, actively flown SMOH 955 Last overhaul 12-12-11 regularly flown since Last annual July 2021
I just had a new/overhauled JPI installed, reconditioned fuel senders, new fuel sumps, new fuel lines, new b&c backup alternator installed, static check completed in August. I have all the logs. It has had 2 gear up landings with documented fixes and the last one was many years ago.
This has been an awesome plane I have flown all over and used it to get my IFR ticket. Now that I am flying again I am going to go newer/faster.
Panel: Dual ifd 540 2 aspens with AOA and terrain-new backup batteries installed last summer Avidyne audio panel and transponder with adsb out. Adsb in on avidyne and aspens JPI for certified primary use New alternator 3/21 New main tires this winter New fuel sumps this winter Factory a/c New windows recently
Interior Interior is in great shape but headliner could use some love. Not really bad but the worst part for sure.
Paint: Paint is clean and clearly always hangered New LED landing and taxi light
I am asking 275k.

Founds some more photos.
It is equipped with A/C and it works very well.
It is a 3600 lb gross airplane I will try to dig us w&B info.
This has the NA IO 520-corrected earlier typo

GLWS! Hey Matt, hope you are well. Love this bird thanks for selling to me. It proved to be a heck of a gateway drug. Hope to go turbo like it looks like you did.
